MultiProfile with coaching

This service includes – in addition to MultiProfile and a microguide – a 45-minute video meeting with an authorized coach – a humanguide😉

During the meeting, your test result is fine-tuned, so that it really shows your personality in a "nutshell". You can see this, among other things, by a ranking between your strongest factors - those with a completely coloured box. You can see the strongest factor (driving force) - the core factor in the example by Quality having a gray box in the green box. This means that your second strongest factor - the second factor - is Power . This example says that this person's actions are mostly controlled by Quality and Power . These are the most important strengths for X. An important consequence of this is that if X has a job where these factors do not fit in, X will be unhappy in the long run to have that job.... When you have a very good match, i.e. a high Passion Index according to our methodology, you can almost see the job as a hobby🌈
